Ed Keller

Ed was in auto sales, not the healthiest environment: high pressure with long periods of inactivity and junk food everywhere. Since he was already overweight, he found himself needing a CPAP machine at night to control his sleep apnea. This problem wasn’t helping his self-esteem, and neither was the knowledge that several men in his family had died of heart disease before their sixties. Other family members had seen success, and Ed thought he would give us a try. Since he lost 90 pounds, he no longer needs his CPAP or blood pressure medication, and is more physically capable than he ever imagined he could be.
